  • Building Regulation Specialist

    Craig has over 31 years experience within the construction industry and has taken on roles such as CDM co-ordinator, construction supervisor and architectural technician.

    He has a vast knowledge of the building regulations and has experience in delivering a range of projects from small extensions to large 5000 home developments.

    His excellent eye for detail ensures our designs satisfy building regulations requirements.

  • Founder

    Elliot undertook a Part 1 degree in Architecture which fuelled his passion within the industry. He found that there was gap in the market to be filled and created EH Architectural Services.

    A turn-key solution dedicated to providing affordable design services that offers the full package. He manages the day to day operations, meeting with clients and handles all of project submissions to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Interior Designer

    Our in house designer Becca has a wealth of knowledge for all things design. She has 15 years of industry experience and is highly renowned within the world of textiles, graphic design and illustration, working for big brand names such as Habitat Europe.

    She takes inspiration from the age and history of a space, bringing in plants that work best in the light given and thrive in the conditions of the space. Mixing textures, nature, printwork and textiles to transform an environment.

    Becca loves to bring ambience, flow, stories, and a unique touch to the spaces she transforms.

    Using bespoke techniques for each space and working with the clients ideas, vision and budget to achieve their dream space.

  • Structural Engineer

    Gordon has been working as a structural engineer for the past 40 years covering all aspects of structural design from refurbishments to major projects across industrial, retail, leisure, commercial and public sectors.

    He specialises in the management of complex projects to determine programme and value/cost engineering benefits.

    His vast knowledge and experience ensures that our designs are practical, cost effective and are not over-engineered.
