Feasibility Meeting

Once you have completed our online contact form, we will get in touch to arrange a feasibility meeting at your property.

We will discuss your project in detail to determine expectations and assess the practicality of your proposal.

After identifying project needs, size and complexity we will review your project and provide you with a fixed fee for the work needed.

Planning

Measured Survey

The next stage is to measure up the property, you can either provide these details yourself or you can use our survey service to ensure precise measurements are recorded.

Consultation Meeting

Now that we have detailed existing floor plans of your property, we will arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your project in depth.

We will cover key architectural features, materials choices and spatial layouts to ensure a great design.

Building regulations

Design Development

After listening to your project desires we will begin to design your concept and bring the proposal to life.

Our lead time is around two weeks from concept ideas to finished plans.

Architectural Services

Document Preparation

Included in our fee, we act as your agent for all submissions, collating the required documents needed to pass planning.

We submit the plans on your behalf, acting as your agent and keep you updated as your proposal progresses.

Document Submission

Once you are happy with the design we will email you a digital PDF copy of the plans.

After our invoice is settled we will submit the application and send you an email with confirmation.
